On May 18th, Randy rode in Fresno's CA Classic Century ride with a number of friends. He had been training for a couple months, riding to work, long rides on the weekends and felt ready! He and his friend Rod made it 85 of the 100, deciding to take the sag wagon in after Rod hurt his hamstring on an uphill climb and was feeling it near the end. They both felt very good about the ride though, and Randy can't wait to try and complete it next year! Sunday he ran the 1/2 marathon through downtown Fresno and surprised himself with keeping his time at an hour forty-five and feeling quite good on those legs the day after a long ride. We are so proud of him and the great way he keeps himself in shape and encourages us to do the same! Here's a couple pics from the day!
