Mom's group
Another part of our "normal" routine, both summer and school-year, is Thursday morning mom's group. It is a day of the week that both I and the kids look forward to. This past Thursday morning we met at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. The kids had a great time watching the animals, touching the rays and sharks at the Sting Ray Bay, and splashing in the water at the Splash Station in the middle of Playland (right across the way from the zoo entrance) afterwards, while enjoying a picnic lunch in the shade!
The kids waiting for the rays with Christa and Uncle Kevin (he also joined us for the morning).
A cute moment with Jackson and his mommy!
Audrey comparing her hand to an orangutan's.
Violet and the orangutan's foot.
Isaac and his buddy, Jackson...Isaac loves helping Jackson do just about anything when we get together. And Jackson gives Isaac such big smiles and giggles in return, you can't help but smile watching them interact.
Isaac and Violet splashing at Playland.
Nice and cool!

Hey, Grandpa Bruce and Grandma Janice didn't know that there were rays and sharks at the Fresno zoo! Cool! Can we go too?
