Isaiah's 4!

Our little guy is getting to be so big!  Four years old!  Some of his current favorites...

song: Soul on Fire by Third Day
snack: Banana pancakes (1 banana + 1 egg + 3 spoonfuls of flour)

book: anything "new" from the library
activities: riding his Skut bike, FAST, around the neighborhood (he transitioned seamlessly from SKUT bike to a bike with pedals while Randy and I were in Yosemite...now he keeps asking for a pedal bike), cooking with mom, running, climbing and jumping off of high objects
word: automatic (yes, he says he has a fave word)
playmates: N, Gabe, and our dog, Lucy

Accomplishments in the last year: riding a bike,
learning to write his name,
can recognize all his shapes, colors, letters, even some sight words (he really amazes us),
how to catch, hold and return chickens to their coop,
how to swim (on his own last summer).

We had a small party for our little guy out at the park on a gorgeous evening.  Here are some of the pictures from the day.

What an amazing blessing this little guy is to our family.  He makes us laugh every day!  He amazes us with his physical ability and the way he soaks up new knowledge every day!  We are so thankful that God called us to grow our family a fourth time...adding Isaiah to our crazy mix!  Thanks, God, for our littlest guy...we love him more and more each day!
