Disneyland

What a treat…we got to visit Disneyland with my parents, Randy's mom and Randy's brother over Thanksgiving break!  We spent one day in each park!  Seeing Disneyland through your child's eyes is such a fun experience!  I loved watching Isaiah take it all in and describe, in his oh-so-animated words and gestures, his favorite rides!

Our kids wanted to run to Tomorrowland first, where we rode Star Tours, Space Mountain, Buzz Light Year's Astro Blasters and the Astro Orbiter multiple time within the first 2 hours! Isaiah watching Buzz talk to him before his first ride, Astro Blasters.

After that, we headed to the Matterhorn, and on from there!  One thing I love about Disneyland is that for every "big kid" ride that Isaiah couldn't go on, there is one or two rides he CAN go on a few steps away!  And then there are lots of "shows" that keep the kids' attention but also allow you a while to sit…case in point, the Tiki Room!

The first of Isaiah's three 20-minute power naps throughout the day…waiting for the Jungle cruise.

Isaiah enjoying a beignet!  He enjoyed them at Jazz Kitchen so much the night before, I just had to get them again for him the next day!  ;)

I love, love, love Small World at night at Christmastime!!!

Our second day we headed to CA Adventures.  While the older kids headed straight to RS Racers, Isaiah and I rode the tractors…loved it! He giggled so hard!

Multiple carousel rides while the older kids enjoyed CA Screamin'

I think he's excited for Flik's Flyers!

Waiting for the Aladdin show (to which Isaiah promptly fell asleep within 5 minutes and slept throughout the curtain call).

Tower of Terror…Isaac was genuinely worried.  He loved it!

Isaiah yelled and pointed out every car he saw in the park!  Especially loved dancing with DJ in the street while waiting for our lunch at Flo's V8 Cafe.

Waiting for the Pixar Parade

Obviously we both loved it!
